Espn Milliano is a talented artist/producer located in Belhaven Nc. Born and raised in Plymouth NC Milliano always had a strong passion for Music. From rapping to beat making his goal was to be a self empire and always cut the middle man out. Everything that was needed Milliano put his heart into it and learned it. From Music videos to even engineering his own music. Milliano has a lot of potential and does more than your average artist. Milliano said all he listened to was lil Wayne growing up but as he listened he studied delivery. He said he noticed in every song the delivery was very rare and that's  how he developed his delivery. Another rapper that was mentioned was drake and how he vent in his songs but is also very nice with word play. Milliano has perfected his craft and has the goal of becoming one of North Carolinas top artists.
